How far in advance should I order?
We require 3-5 days advance notice for all custom orders. For larger orders or special occasions, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer delivery within select areas. Delivery charges vary based on location. We'll discuss delivery options when we contact you about your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on pickup/delivery. Payment details will be provided when we confirm your order.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Absolutely! Check out our Instagram (@_eiralicious_) to see photos of our previous work. We're also happy to share reference images based on your design ideas.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We can create eggless cakes, sugar-free options, and accommodate various dietary needs. Please mention your requirements in the order form, and we'll do our best to create something perfect for you.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event date will receive a full refund. Changes can usually be accommodated if notified early enough.
